Bloom NEPRO3

We are registered with Bloom. If your organisation buys professional services through Bloom’s NEPRO3 neutral vendor service, you can engage us through it.

We will add other frameworks here as we are appointed to them. Where we are not on yours, the routes below are open to any public body.

For anything that needs a competition, invite us to quote or to tender. We are registered on the Central Digital Platform, so the core supplier information you need under the Procurement Act 2023 is already held there and can be shared with you.

For a defined piece of work below your organisation’s procurement threshold, you can usually contract us directly under your own contract standing orders. This is the quickest route, and it suits most of what we do: a business case, an assurance review, an operating model, or getting a programme back on track.

How it works

You brief us, usually in a twenty-minute call. We send back a short written proposal: the scope, the deliverables, who does the work, the timetable and the price. Where the path is clear we price it as a fixed delivery against milestones. Where it is not, we say so and agree time and materials until the shape is known.

We contract on your terms or ours, with a statement of work that defines what you are buying. What you sign off is a deliverable, not a timesheet.

We do not supply contingent labour or individuals by the day, and we do not implement systems or resell licences.
